Let the battles begin!

Become a Beymaster with the latest from Hasbro’s Beyblade Burst line: the Beyblade Burst Rise Hypersphere Vortex Climb Battle Set.

If you’re not familiar with Beyblade, it’s a brand from ADK Emotions that features spinning tops that kids can battle with. This new Hasbro set includes a stadium with a removable piece for customization, two Beyblade Burst launchers, and two Hypersphere battling tops with GT chips: Golden Judgement Dragon D5 and Prime Apocalypse A5. The battling tops are made up of multiple pieces that you can rearrange if you’d like to experiment and create custom Hyperspheres.

When you set it up, you’ll have a large battle stadium that acts as the main arena. It’s not just a big, empty bowl — it has dips and ramps that will make it more fun when you release the Hyperspheres because it gives them places to spin, climb, and bounce off of. To battle it out, release the Hyperspheres into the arena from above using the launchers and they will spin through the stadium, jumping and ricocheting off the sides of the arena and each other until one of them bursts apart. Sometimes they break apart on first impact and sometimes they don’t burst at all, spinning until they lose stamina and keel over. The fun is not knowing the outcome, which might be different each time. When the Hyperspheres break apart, you can rebuild them to battle again.

One of the major features of this set is the Battle Axis level: a removable piece that you can connect to the main stadium to change up the layout. It only takes a minute to attach it directly inside the stadium using two little, bolt-like pieces (don’t lose them). It’s a cool feature because you can choose to battle with or without it — making it like two stadiums in one.

The set is recommended for kids ages 8 and up, which is the ideal age for these head-to-head battles. Kids can play with a friend, which might be more fun for battles, but it’s possible to play on your own, too, by dropping in both Hyperspheres at the same time and seeing which one bursts first. Beyblade fans love collecting the Hyperspheres, and they’re welcome to use ones from their existing collection to battle in this stadium. Each one is unique and will react differently each round. As a bonus, kids can scan a code on the stadium to unlock the corresponding digital Beystadium in the Beyblade Burst app to compete in digital battles.

The Beyblade Burst Rise Hypersphere Vortex Climb Battle Set is full of high-intensity fun that is perfect for that hard to please pre-teen stage.
