Hey Lightning McQueen, it’s time for tune-up!

New from Just Play, Disney•Pixar’s Cars 3 Mack’s Mobile Tool Center lets kids ages 3 and up keep Lightning McQueen in tip-top shape with plastic tools and car parts, just like the ones in the movie. Included in the set is a Lightning McQueen toy car, a decal sheet, and an assortment of tools and screws that familiarize kids with their forms and functions. At first glance, Mack is just a plastic toy truck. But hidden behind his red exterior is a fully equipped tool kit and repair station that kids can utilize to their hearts’ content. The kit features a total of 24 pieces—such as a socket wrench, a tire pump, and a Phillips-head bit—which allow young mechanics to enjoy interactive role-play adventures while they turn, twist, and tune Lightning McQueen all the way to the big race. When open, Mack features a rising truck bed, so kids can lift Lightning McQueen to remove his wheels with the plastic tools and perform a quick tire rotation. There’s even an interactive screen that shows kids what parts of Lightning need servicing. When they’re finished, they can hang their tools up in the storage displays on the inside of Mack’s side doors, or roll Lightning down the bed’s ramp and onto the starting line. It’s a play set that will have kids feeling like a real mechanic in a pit crew.

Cars fans can also kick things up a notch by pressing the yellow button on Mack’s roof, which activates working headlights and revving noises that add to the experience.

And when its time to take the show on the road, kids can close Mack’s side doors and use the fold-out carrying handle to take the entire kit on the go, so they’ll be ready when there’s an automobile in need. Ideal for travel, Just Play’s Cars 3 Mack’s Mobile Tool Center is mobile in more ways than one.
