The chicken isn’t the only one that wants to cross the road.
Your kids have probably spent endless hours painstakingly trying to collect and bring all their favorite pixelated Disney characters to safety while playing the ever-addicting Disney Crossy Road app. Now, Moose Toys brings the fun to life with a series of figures inspired by the game.
The full range of the 8-bit, pixel-style characters includes collectibles, plush, and keychains. The first series of the line is currently available and features classic characters, such as Mickey and Minnie Mouse, as well as favorite characters from Toy Story, Big Hero 6, and The Lion King.
The collectible figures are available in single packs, 4-, and 7-packs. Of course, each pack includes at least one hidden figure—because is a collectible even real if it doesn’t have a blind bag element? The figures are boxy and made of a bendable rubber. Though they are flat-looking, they also have different layers and detailing that make them nearly identical to their app versions. For example, Minnie Mouse’s dress, shoes, and mouth have extended box details to accentuate these features. Additionally, the game-inspired figures are true to form and made with digital details.
Kids can take the Crossy Road adventures with them to school or even to sleepovers with the Single-Pack Mystery Hangers. The keychains can attach to backpacks, bags, and key rings and come in 12 different styles, including Baymax, Woody, Minnie, and Simba. The blind packaging keeps the element of surprise as kids work to collect different styles.
To amp up the fun, bigger plush characters are also available in select styles. The soft and square 6-inch friends have flexible arms and legs. Series one of the line features six characters: Mickey, Minnie, Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Simba, and Baymax.
With the new collection from Moose Toys, kids can take their Disney Crossy Road adventures off screen for traditional play. Available at different price points, parents won’t have to break the bank as their kids race to collect the more than 40 characters available in series one.
