Douglas is dropping fresh additions to its plush catalog for a new year.
The first addition this month is the Mobile Pet Vet Play Set. With a rhyming name and three 4-inch finger puppets (two dogs and a cat), kids ages 3 and up are set up for veterinary success. Kids can use the characters to pretend drive around in the 12-inch plush van, curing the Douglas animals from all of their ailments. The back of the van opens up for kids to access all the imaginary vet supplies they’ll need.
The Mobile Pet Vet Play Set is the third playset Douglas has released in the past year, joining the Farm Truck Set Play Set and the Woodland Play Set.
Douglas is also expanding its Soft Dolls collection that first launched last year. The Soft Dolls are 10-inch tall plush baby dolls with embroidered facial features. Designed for kids ages 3 and up, the Soft Dolls are perfect for snuggling and nurturing. There are three new dolls: Gavin, a baby boy in navy blue pajamas covered in stars, planets, and galaxies; Isabelle, a girl with white-and-rainbow jammies and her hair done up in pigtails; and Willa, a blonde girl with lavender overalls and a matching headband. Each doll is also machine washable, so parents can keep the toys fresh-smelling and clean with little difficulty.
All of Douglas’ new additions are expected to drop in February before shipping in March. Whether kids want to be a vet or a big sibling, these new plush toys offer hours of imaginative play!
