If you’ve got a lot of squishy compounds laying around at home, it’s time to put them to good use! Instead of buying even more toys, extend the life of the ones you already own with free, downloadable activities from Educational Insights.

Parents can download printable activities at sparkmoreplay.com to do fun, at-home projects using Educational Insights’ Playfoam compound — or any other squishy, moldable compound they have on hand.

Kids can match different colored compounds to fill in parts of a butterfly in the Butterfly Color By Number activity, practice counting by building caterpillars out of Playfoam with the Counting Caterpillars printable, use Playfoam to create bunny faces depicting different emotions with the Bunny Feelings printable, or use Playfoam to create Easter eggs and count how many can fit inside the Easter Basket printable. The website has even more activities that kids can do without requiring any compounds, like the Nature Scavenger Hunt, the Nature Journal, the Design & Drill Pattern Cards, and more.
