It’s just about time to put on those helmets and peel out of the driveway — summer is (almost) officially here, and with it comes the perfect biking weather.
Known for their iconic ride-ons, Dynacraft has two new bikes for kids to cruise around in all summer. Designed for little racers ages 3 and up, the 12-Inch Gravel Blaster Boys Bike and the 12-Inch Sweetheart Girls Bike are perfect for little ones to spend some of their summer energy.
The 12-Inch Gravel Blaster Boys Bike features a blue-and-black paint finish with custom graphics that say “Gravel Blaster” all over. It includes coaster brakes, as well as removable, adjustable training wheels, so kids feel safe as they learn to bike on their own. Whether the training wheels are on or off, little gravel blasters will love tearing up the pavement as they cruise along.
The 12-Inch Sweetheart Girls Bike, on the other hand, is truly here to capture kids’ hearts. The sturdy steel frame features a pink paint finish adorned with adorable graphics and a full cover chain guard. The bike also includes removable, adjustable training wheels, a graphic “sweetheart” frame pad, and coaster brakes for easy stops.
Parents will love that Dynacraft has factored in safety on every level — if kids feel like they’re going too fast, they simply have to activate the coaster brakes to slow down. The removable training wheels offer comfort if little ones haven’t learned to ride a two-wheeled bike yet – and when they do learn, the training wheels screw off so they can ride confidently and independently.
For me, the best part is that these bikes don’t break the bank. Although Dynacraft’s bikes are priced at around $110 each, some kids’ bikes can go for more than $200 or $300. Kids can grow so quickly, it’s great that Dynacraft provides a more affordable option so young ones can still bike in style (and when they do grow, parents can check out Dynacraft’s 16-inch versions!).
