Hexbug is a name any parent with a 6-year-old recognizes and Transformers is a name any parent ever recognizes. And now, the two have come together for the ultimate battling robotic toys. Hexbug Warriors Transformers, from Innovation First in partnership with Hasbro, let kids bring the battle between Autobots and Decepticons to the playroom floor in a whole new way. Each Hexbug Warriors Transformers has a hidden pop-up door that reveals whether the character is an Autobot or a Decepticon. Each Warrior’s Indicator Light is shaped to represent the Transformers character’s Allspark.
The Hexbug Warriors Transformers Battle Stadium is the ultimate battleground for the Hexbug Warriors and comes with two Hexbug Warriors Transformers, six character armor sets, and an interactive air-locked battle platform. Kids love to customize, and that’s exactly what they can do with all of the interchangeable armor pieces. Kids can turn their Warriors from Optimus Prime to Bumblebee, or mix and match armor pieces to create an entirely new character, bringing enhanced play value to the set.
Kids can operate their Hexbug Warriors Transformers in Training Mode, which gives them unlimited health for scrimmages and testing purposes. Once the Warriors are ready for battle, they can be powered into Match Mode and are set to enter into competition, where they crash, jab, and jostle with their opponents until they win or lose by running out of health, at which point they deactivate. The last Warrior standing wins! In Match Mode, each robot’s Shock Sensor activates its Damage Indicator Light, which changes colors from green to red and blinks more rapidly as its health decreases.
The Battle Stadium fuses two well-known brands into a play set that makes sense for kids, which parents are sure to recognize. The blister packaging also allows kids to see exactly what they are getting—even the character armor!
