LEGO DUPLO World

LEGO DUPLO World

Devices for younger kids are a touchy subject, so when little ones want to play, it’s always important to make sure that they’re playing an age-appropriate app that offers more than simple screen bashing.

LEGO Duplo World is a new interactive game from Touch Press and the LEGO Group that was released under the long-running StoryToys app portfolio. Designed for kids ages 2-5, the app is intended to support preschooler’s development through three play types: constructive (build), exploratory (discover), and role-play (storytelling) using 3D LEGO Duplo bricks.

The game was developed with input from child development experts, educators, and parents to be aligned with Headstart Early Learning Outcomes Framework. The app includes a dedicated Parent Center that explains learning goals including creativity, reasoning, initiative and curiosity, and social and emotional development and fine-motor skills.

LEGO Duplo World is available from the App Store and Google Play as a free download, with in-app purchases available.
