If your kiddos have been requesting a road trip recently, then have them rev their engines with this remote control race car from WeCool Toys.

With its 1:16-scale size and a 2.4 GHz power motor, the LumiTEK R/C Nite Titan packs a punch, so kids can really race when playing with the R/C vehicle! Using traffic cones or chalk, kids can set up courses and challenges to see what their Titan can bring to the track.

Set up is easy, but it does require some time between unboxing and play. Install the batteries in the remote control handgrip (AA batteries not included), and then charge the included 4.8-volt, 700mAh Ni-Cd battery using the USB charger that also comes with the set. Once everything is powered for play, flip the switch and speed to fun!

This LumiTEK R/C Nite Titan stands in the limelight in the R/C category because it has customizable lights — and the neon lights have a neat night-time effect! Since the pattern and the color of the neon lights is customizable, kids can set their car apart from the competition, even in the dark! Kids can thread the flexible, plastic string through the pre-drilled holes to make a unique look every time.

To keep kids engaged with their R/C car, find various outdoor challenges they can do with it. Some bright ideas include drawing a track using chalk on a driveway and seeing if they can stay in the lines or see what unique track shape they can create. Challenge the kids to only race their cars backward. Not only is it fun, but it works on various parts of the brain that develops a sense of direction, spatial reasoning, and more. Alternatively, you can write numbers on the driveway or spell out the names of states, then have the kids drive their R/C car to the correct answer.

There are many opportunities to play with remote-control cars, but the LumiTEK Nite Titan illuminates all the play potentials kids can have with this merrymaking machine!
