Melissa & Doug is coming out with a new collection of infant and toddler toys designed to inspire learning and development through open-ended play. The collection ranges from newborns to 2-year-olds and uses a variety of shapes, textures, and themes designed for discovery and imagination.

The new baby and toddler line includes 16 toys. Check out some of the highlights below!

The Go Tots collection features double-sided, wooden playsets and diverse characters that kids can roll, stack, and grasp. The playsets give toddlers ages 12 months and up opportunities to enhance developmental skills rolling through motion-driven moments with wooden race cars, schoolbuses, barnyards, and school houses. The Go Tots Schoolyard Tumble (pictured above) comes with a double-sided, wooden schoolyard and four double-sided Go Tots disks featuring a total of eight characters. Get it here for $34.99. The Go Tots sets are all compatible.

Designed for babies ages 6 months and up, the Rollables line features round characters that are firm enough to roll, but soft enough to squeeze. Little ones can practice cause-and-effect and character play by dropping the Rollables characters into a variety of new, wooden playsets, then watch the characters roll and bounce their way to the bottom. For example, the Rollables Ocean Slide comes with three Rollables (a shark, a crab, and an octopus with a chime) that kids can drop down the slide to watch it roll from top to bottom. Get it here for $54.99.
