Monopoly is going mobile! Hasbro and Scopely are bringing the iconic economics board game to smartphones with Monopoly Go!, a new free-to-play mobile game featuring fun experiences like competitive play, daily events, and community connections.

The fun of Monopoly is no longer confined by a living room as kids can play and connect with people from all over the world with all of the classic features of the game, including dice rolls, collecting $200 at “Go,” and getting sent to the slammer. Monopoly Go! encourages players to work together and explore more than 100 new boards with Scottie and Mr. Monopoly as their friendly guides.

Players can collect property and build upgradable landmarks across the board to increase their virtual net worth as the classic tokens from the tabletop favorite, such as the battleship, racecar, and top hat. Fans can also meet two new faces as they play: Sofia Wattsitworth, the friendly appraiser, and Benjamin Basu, the entrepreneurial banker.

Looking for more friendly competition? Players from around the globe can go head-to-head in Bank Heist, a game-within-a-game. Competitors work to steal their opponents’ money and knock down their properties. Those looking for a challenge can enter the game’s daily tournaments to pit their property-buying skills against the best.

Players can also get their pals together for a round of Community Chest, in which they can put their heads together to earn money and rewards. Fans can also exchange collectible in-game stickers to add to their album with the Sticker Trading Group.

Ready to bring one of America’s favorite board games wherever you go? Monopoly Go! is available now at the Apple Store and Google Play. Check out @monopolygo on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for all the exciting updates coming to the game.
