Who knew Pikachu was such a good teacher?

Last year, Pikachu Press introduced the Pokémon Primers board books to teach young kids about the alphabet, numbers, shapes, and colors. Now kids can continue their Pokémon training with two new books about habitats and opposites.

Pikachu and friends explore a world of opposites in the Pokémon Primers: Opposites Book. Readers will learn about different pairs of opposites, like tall and short, open and closed, cold and hot, and night and day. In the Pokémon Primers: Habitats Book, Pikachu is taking the train to Togepi’s beach bash. Readers can go along for the ride to visit Pokémon in their natural habitats along the way, learning about forests, grasslands, farms, and the beach.

The books are available for preorder for $12.99 each at Amazon,,, Books-A-Million, and Book Depository, with an official launch date on Oct. 11.
