Paging the pit crew!
A brand-new STEM-learning subscription service, “R&T Crew,” is racing into the market — just in time to start the new year off on the right track. The bi-monthly subscription club, created by Road & Track, combines kids’ passions for cars with fun STEM-inspired activities. The club will include six boxes per year, and each focuses on different seasonal themes, including spring break, summer road trip, and back to school.
The curated subscription service will send out its first boxes — with a “Snowed In” concept of themed educational activities —this month. The first box includes a beanie cap with a designable patch, trading cards of different cars, socks with vehicle graphics, a 3D model car that kids can build and decorate, and a copy of the new R&T Crew magazine designed just for kids. Each box includes more than five themed items and a special edition of the latest issue.
Parents can sign up their kids via a bimonthly payment plan, one payment for the yearlong subscription, or just a subscription to the kids’ magazine.
