My Little Pony: A New Generation is full of exciting adventures and colorful moments. In the film, unicorn Izzy Moonbow and earth pony Sunny Starscout begin an adventure when they travel to Zephyr Heights. They meet Zipp Storm and Pipp Petals, pegasi princesses who are hiding a secret about their magical abilities and a not-so-secret love of Pop music (for Pipp especially). The four eventually join together with Hitch Trailblazer and set off on an epic journey to save Equestria. This playset is truly inspired by the film and is just as magical as the friendship between the Mane 5.
The articulated 3-inch Princess Petals pony figure that comes with the set features molded purple hair and a shiny look. Adventures with the playset can also include any of the My Little Pony: A New Generation Movie Crystal Adventure Pony figures that are sold separately. The 3-inch figures each come with 19 accessories. The playset itself comes with nine, including Pipp’s phone (she never goes anywhere without it) and fashionable shoes for her to wear.
Parents, rejoice! The playset comes with easy-to-follow instructions and takes less than 15 minutes to build. There will be no hours of fighting with complex plastic pieces here. My favorite aspect of the design is that the ziplines come in two different colors for the left and right sides, meaning you can easily identify what goes where and kids can get to playing faster.
