Kids can put their storytelling superpowers to the test by applying for the role of Schleich’s Chief Storytelling Officer.
Schleich — the manufacturer of animal figures and playsets — believes that storytelling sparks imagination and play to prepare kids to change the world. The company is searching for a Chief Storytelling Officer to star in Schleich’s holiday campaign — a series of videos meant to inspire imagination in kids across the world. The Chief Storytelling Officer will also earn $10,000.
All applicants must be between the ages of 5 and 12 years old, living in the contiguous U.S. In the video, applicants must tell one of their most inspiring or imaginative animal stories in 60 seconds or less.
Parents can help their kids audition by sending in a video or attending an in-person casting call at FAO Schwarz in New York City on Sept. 25 from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. EDT. The live casting call requires advanced registration. Click here to upload a video or to register for the live casting call.
