Pokémon trainers now have a new set of trading cards to conquer.

Today, The Pokémon Co. dropped Pokémon Trading Card Game: Sword & Shield — Darkness Ablaze Expansion and that means there are more creatures to be caught. The set includes seven Pokémon VMAX (basically a high-risk, high-reward card), 14 Pokémon V, nine full-art Pokémon V, 17 Trainer cards, four full-art Supporter cards, and three new Special Energy cards.

Kids can discover Charizard in its form originally seen in the Sword and Shield video game, Gingantamax. They could also catch the Legendary Pokémon Eternatus VMAX card, Grimmsnarl VMAX, Butterfree VMAX, Centiskorch VMAX, and more.

Those who aren’t quite sure if they’re ready for taking on this new pack should check out the Pokémon Trading Card Game Battle Academy. It teaches families how to become expert trainers with fun gameplay. Find our review here!
