Last year, the card game UNO celebrated a half-century by rebranding to the slogan “Fifty Years of Being Wild.” Now, in the game’s 51st year, its wild tradition continues on with a new card deck called Uno Wild Twists.
Uno Wild Twists combines trademark Uno gameplay with classic card games including Poker and Go Fish, or really whatever game players desire. Designed for players ages 7 and up, each pack includes a standard deck of 52 playing cards and an additional eight Wild Cards. All of the Wild Cards can be used as any numerical value, but some of them are bound to certain suits. The Black Wild is any value club or spade, and the Red Wild can be any value heart or diamond. Each of the four suits also has its own respective Wild Card. The ultra-rare Wild Card can be used as any card of any value.
The deck also features instructions on how to play an Uno-original game called Wild Race. This fast-paced game challenges players to dispose of all their cards while racing opponents and slapping on valuable cards. This game can only be played with the Uno Wild deck.
