The 40th Annual Sanrio Character Ranking contest is officially underway — and your little one can get in on the action!
With 90 unique Kawaii characters featured, families who love Sanrio can learn more about the returning ones and meet the new ones during this contest. You might know the classic characters like Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll, and Kuromi, but there are more characters to learn and love. They can dive in and find which characters’ personalities and quirks are their favorites this year, then vote for the winner!
Families can vote at ranking.sanrio.com or in person at select Sanrio stores, Sanrio cafes, and Hot Topic locations. In-person voters will receive an “I Voted” sticker while supplies last. Voting ends on May 25, so make your family’s voice heard on this adorable matter while you can — it’s your paw-triotic duty, after all!
Participants also have the chance to win a trip to Japan to witness the final character ranking reveal at Sanrio FES 2025. Sanrio will announce the details of the sweepstakes on April 25. For more information, visit sanrio.com.
