The Avengers, Marvel’s iconic superhero team, is turning 60 years old this year. Families can celebrate their favorite superheroes with the Beyond Earth’s Mightiest campaign with live experiences and new products on the way, including toys, accessories, apparel, home décor, and more. Marvel fans will also be able to watch and read new content and comic book series premiering throughout the year, including some YouTube shows geared toward kids.
Kicking off the celebration on Feb. 11 is the premiere of the new series Marvel’s Avengers: Stunt Sqaud on Marvel HQ’s YouTube channel, the comic book franchise’s official family platform. The new motion comics series of shorts follow Tony Stark’s creation that allows the Avengers team, or Stunt Squad, to defeat their enemies while flying in the sky. Join Hulk, Black Panther, and Captain America’s Steve Rogers and Sam Wilson on their high-flying adventures when episodes release through April. Kids will also be able to role-play as their favorite characters from the shorts in an upcoming toy line from Hasbro.
Marvel HQ will also premiere the Marvel Merch Strike: Mechasaurs in March. The Avengers must go on another earth-saving mission after Ultron brings everyone back to the prehistoric age! In addition to Marvel Merch Strike: Mechasaurs episodes, there will also be videos, digital activities, toys, collectibles, apparel, and more coming later this year. Don’t forget to subscribe to Marvel HQ’s YouTube Channel or on the YouTube Kids App.

Families will also be able to rewatch classic and recent animated series starring the Avengers heroes on Disney XD throughout the year. The series include Marvel’s Avengers: Secret Wars, Marvel’s Avengers Black Panther’s Quest, Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Mission: Breakout!, Marvel’s Spider-Man, and Marvel’s Spider-Man Maximum Venom.
Comic book readers will love the new Avengers series written by Jed MacKay (Moon Knight) and drawn by C.F. Villa (X-Men). Avengers No. 1 goes on sale in May. The thrilling new series has Captain Marvel leading Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Black Panther, Scarlet Witch, and Vision to confront the Tribulation Events and a surprise friend-turned-foe.Â
Kids and families can join Beyond Earth’s Mightiest yearlong campaign to honor the brave team of heroes that have inspired audiences for six decades. For more information on the special anniversary releases, visit marvel.com. More details will be revealed later this year.
