It’s never too soon to start learning!
Parents can combine early-learning concepts, classical music, and storytime through a new Baby Einstein app for babies and toddlers.
Created through a partnership between Playdate Digital and Kids2, the Baby Einstein: Storytime app features 12 multisensory, digital stories hosted by the animal characters from the Baby Einstein YouTube series, including Cal the Caterpillar, Neptune the Turtle, and more. Users can select books within the app that explore concepts of science, nature, art, numeracy, animals, and music for an educational experience. Each story is accompanied by restyled, well-known symphonies and melodies from classical composers, such as Beethoven, Bach, and Mozart.
The app features “Read to Me” and “Auto-Play” modes that give users control over their story experiences, as well as a “Create” mode that helps kids create their own scenes using art from the stories paired with classical music. There is also a word highlight feature that guides reading and helps kids follow along.
The Baby Einstein: Storytime app is available for free with in-app purchases in the App Store on iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. The app will also launch on GooglePlay and the Amazon App Store before the end of the year.
