Kids can customize their Bobbi-Toads with the exclusive Bobbi-Polish or regular nail polish.

Never thought I’d be writing this, but I just finished painting what I’m now going to call ‘shoenails’ on my new kicks (and they look AMAZING)!

Readers, if you’re confused, let me explain. The future has come — for sneakers, nail art, and individuality! C’mon and pop a squat. I’ll give your shoenails a quick coat and tell you all about these toadally awesome kicks from Bobbi-Toads! Purple or pink polish? Or both?

Father and daughter duo Bob and Jacki Stanley are the creators behind Bobbi-Toads, which are paintable and light-up shoes for kids and women. These colorful sneakers feature whimsical, eye-popping designs that really stand out. But the real crowning detail of these bad boys comes from the toe of the shoe, which, ironically, has 5 toes on top of it. All aboard, we are heading straight to 3018.

These kicks are sure to get some attention on the playground

Kids can paint these little piggies just like regular toe nails. Bobbi-Toads come with a bottle of non-toxic, kid-friendly nail polish. However, any type of nail polish can be applied. If kids want to change the color or repaint their nails, a couple dabs of standard nail polish remover (not included) should do the trick.  Kids can change the polish on their Bobbi-Toads based on their mood. If they’re feeling artsy, kids can design their shoenails to reflect their personality (my shoenails will alternate between black and a darker shade of black because I’m simple and scary).

Now this is #LIT

For the kiddos looking for even more show-stopping shoes (oh yes, it gets better!), they can trade their Bobbi-Toad Paintables for some Bobbi-Toads Light-ups. With these shoes, which can still be painted with nail polish, rainbow LED lights flash in the toes as kids walk. It’s #lit-erally a party on kid’s feet, as the lights glowing from the toenails resemble that of a disco ball. Stickers are also included to decorate with.

But if having faux toes in the caps of shoes is a little too wild for the kids, cue Bobbi-Toads Generation 3. This line has no faux toenails on the cap, yet still has those electrifying colorful designs on the sides.

Lastly, if you’re wondering where the “Toads” part came from, kids can flip over their shoes and find a friendly looking toad at the bottom of their shoe as well as inside the shoe.

Are you ready to hop into a pair of Bobbi-Toads? Make sure to grab some nail polish—let’s get groovy!
