Eat more chicken … and read more books!
Chick-Fil-A is teaming up with picture book author and illustrator Diane Alber to include her five bestselling titles from her Scribble book series in this summer‘s kid’s meal book promotion. Alber has written more than 50 children’s books that address social-emotional learning (SEL) topics and are regularly at the top of Amazon’s best-seller lists.
The books chosen for the promotion include Invisible Scribble, Splatters, Scribble Stones, Snippets, and I’m Not Just a Scribble, all featuring stories that aim to teach kids about creativity, teamwork, inclusion, perseverance, and kindness in a colorful way.
These books will be available in Chick-Fil-A kids’ meals at more than 2,700 restaurants and in 47 states. Each book will come with an activity and stickers for kids to create their own characters on the back. The kid’s meal book promotion is active now and will run for one month.
Alber also recently partnered with TOMY to launch a variety of SEL-focused products, including figures and plush toys based on her A Little SPOT book series. These toys will be available at major retailers next year.
