Teachers and families have used the book Chicka Chicka Boom Boom to teach kids their alphabet for generations. Now, kids ages 3 and up can also use CreateOn’s new Chicka Chicka Boom Boom Magna-Tiles set for a practical learning experience.
The set comes with 19 double-sided, magnetic tiles that kids can use on a flat surface, as well as squares and triangles that kids can connect to build the coconut tree, putting the alphabet in order running up or down. When kids are done building, they can knock the coconut tree down and start over again!
The tiles feature characters from the book written by Bill Martin Jr. and John Archambault, including Skinned Knee D, Loose Tooth T, and Black-Eyed P, in addition to language and images from the book.
“This early literacy powerhouse is often the inspiration for children learning to identify letters for the very first time,” CreateOn Vice President Steve Rosen said in a statement. “In my household this book was a staple. In fact, we still read it today as a family.”
The Chicka Chicka Boom Boom Magna-Tiles set is available here for $44.95.
