Mark your calendar, because July 10 will be a night of back-to-back Disney Channel singing and dancing extravaganzas.
The musical festivities will begin with the Disney Channel Summer Sing-Along, featuring a slew of Disney pop stars performing fan-favorite songs from Disney Channel Original Movies, including High School Musical 2, Camp Rock 2, Descendants 3, Zombies, and Let It Shine. Kids can belt it out at home by following the on-screen lyrics, guided by a bouncing beach ball.
Demi Lovato will make an appearance alongside other young stars, including actors and actresses from Let It Shine, High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, Cheer, Zombies 2, Descendants 3, Raven’s Home, Coop and Cami Ask the World, BUNK’D, Sydney to the Max, and Just Roll with It.
The fun doesn’t stop there — once the sing-along concludes, the night continues with Radio Disney Presents ARDYs Summer Playlist, an hour-long musical award show. The special will feature appearances and performances by Sia, Sabrina Carpenter, Maddie and Kenzie Ziegler, and more. During the show, Radio Disney will honor teachers as part of ARDYs’ Heroes For Change Award with a donation to DonorsChoose to support teacher projects.
