Disney’s early-access video game is getting an update with new characters, clothes, furniture, and more!
Disney Dreamlight Valley hasn’t been officially released yet, but is available to purchase and play as it continues its development. In the game, players can care for a magic valley where an assortment of Disney and Pixar characters live. Players can design and dress their own character, decorate their house, cook food, and more, all while spending time befriending their favorite Disney heroes and villains.
The game’s new “A Festival of Friendship” update includes some exciting additions. Mirabel from Encanto is joining the cast of characters, and needs help bringing her mini casita back to the village. Olaf from Frozen is also joining the party to assist the player in discovering the secret behind the blizzard that has taken over Frosted Heights.
Disney is also celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, even in the virtual world. Disney Dreamlight Valley is getting a full collection of new furniture, clothes, and more, all designed for the Disney100 celebration. With new activities and opportunities, kids can do everything from mining gems for Scrooge McDuck to taking special selfies with a dressed-up Mickey Mouse.
Disney Dreamlight Valley is available now for early access purchase on Nintendo Switch, Xbox, PlayStation, the Microsoft Store, the Mac App Store, Steam, and the Epic Games Store.
