Douglas Co. has some paws-itively exciting news! The plush toy company is bringing on the dog days of summer with six new plush pups and a returning favorite.
The bulldogs are out of the doghouse and cuddly cute! Clive the Bulldog ($17.95) has chocolate brown-and-white fur, floppy ears, and brown eyes. This 10-inch plush dog is packed with polyester fiber so it can stand up straight. Billie the French Bulldog ($29.45) features a mottled brindle coat, large ears, and a white chest. She stands at 16 inches tall and even has a leathery nose.
There are two new Rescue Pups leaving the shelter and entering the Douglas kennels: Gemma the Cream Lab Mix ($28.95) and Olive the Black Lab/Pitbull Mix ($51.95). 16-inch plush Gemma has pure white fur and pale caramel markings on her hind quarter, ear, and face. 21-inch Olive features entirely black fur except for his white paws and a tuft of white on his chest. Both pups come wearing red collars and the special Rescue Pups hang tag.
The crowd favorite Buttercup is back in 20-inch ($46.95) and 8-inch ($13.45) sizes. Her fur is curly caramel brown with cream paws and body markings. She also has chocolate brown-tipped ears and comes with a red grosgrain ribbon collar.
Rosalie the White Doodle ($23.95) looks just like a coconut cream puff. This 12-inch pup features fluffy white fur and big brown eyes. Kids can pose her to sit up tall or stretch her out with her legs behind her.
North the Floppy Husky ($23.95) has true-to-breed markings and piercing blue eyes. His ears feature airbrushed detailing and his fluffy tail is fringed. His floppy paws and slightly understuffed body makes him perfect to pose and play.
Douglas’ newest dogs are recommended for kids 3 and up and are available at specialty gift and toy stores and at douglascuddletoy.com.
