Douglas is manifesting the winter season early this year with new collections of plush toys, including the Winter Birds collection, which features three birds: Bertie the Blue Bird, Chipper the Chickadee, and Carmine the Cardinal.
Each bird features a realistic design, matching the real-life colors of the bird species. Bertie the Blue Bird features a royal blue back, head, and wings; a white underbelly; and an orange breast. Chipper the Chickadee has a black head and bib, a soft gray body, a white underbelly and cheeks, and notes of tan. Carmine the Cardinal features a bright red body paired with the iconic cardinal black mask around the eyes and tipped wings.
Designed for kids ages 3 and up, the Winter Birds plush are perfect gifts for young bird lovers or decor for when the house gets turned into a winter wonderland.
Other bird plush from Douglas include penguins and owls along with more unique species like ostrich, loons, cranes, and more. The Winter Birds will be available next month at specialty gift and toy stores in the U.S. and Canada.
