Kids’ favorite Wubbzy character from Nick Jr.’s Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! takes new form in Cupcake Digital’s latest app, Wubbzy’s Racecar. The app allows kids to bring the fun and curiosity from the show into the palm of their hands as they embark on new adventures and are encouraged to use their imaginations to paint, race, and follow along with an interactive story.
Great for kids ages 4 and up, Wubbzy’s Racecar provides users with a great amount of creative freedom as they select different drivers to race with, loop around 10 different tracks, and have the opportunity to paint a variety of coloring pages and add on fun stickers. While the app allows kids to navigate and explore on their own terms, there are also challenges that must be met.
In the beginning of the story, Wubbzy’s car breaks down and it’s up to the player (and Wubbzy’s friends) to help fix it so he can race. Just like in the show, kids will learn lessons in teamwork, friendship, and competition. Even when kids are completing in races, whether kids come in first or last place they are still able to unlock the next track so no one ever really loses.
