It’s time to get smashing!

Following up on their Series 1 Smashers, ZURU revitalized their smashing toy fun with a second series full of zany, gross surprises.

Similar to Series 1, kids must crack open each ball to reveal the mystery character inside. But in a gross twist: Rather than an ordinary Smashball, it’s an eyeball. Once the eye is properly smashed, kids can reveal a gross mystery character hidden inside. With more than 100 characters to collect, Smashers come in eight- and four-packs of eyeballs for kids to reveal.

Toss the eyeball onto a hard surface and watch as the pieces crack and common, rare, or special edition collectibles tumble out. Collectibles come in a variety of nine disgusting categories to collect: Filthy Food, Odd Bodies, Icky Insects, Smash Trash, Toilet Humour, Rare Awful Animals, Ultra Rare Ooze Dudes, Glow in The Dark, and Exclusives. There may even be a special slimy or glowing surprise waiting in select eyeballs along with the gross critter.

After kids smash their gory eyeballs, they can rebuild it back together for even more smashing fun. Replace the different-sized pieces back together to reshape the eyeball. Then, keep smashing!

Each pack of eight includes two gross Smashers figures and six eyeballs with mystery figures inside, as well as a collectors guide. A pack of four includes two eyeballs and two figures ready to display.

Kids can display their disgusting figures in the Puke Pizza collectors tin, where the critters make an extra-special pizza topping. Um, yuck? The tin can store up to 50 Smashers characters and comes with an exclusive smasher eyeball to reveal and start off your Puke Pizza.

Next, it’s all aboard the Sludge Bus! The new Smashers series also includes a bus that can store 50 of the disgusting characters, including the two exclusive figures in its package. The gross bus also transforms into a sludgy bathroom where kids can shoot their critters into the toilet. Simply place your gross critter in the plunger and launch it into the toilet. Watch it fly and land across the bathroom into the bus toilet.

It’s time to start smashing and see what’s inside. Hopefully it lands as more cool than disgusting.
