Turn your TVs on to Disney Junior on Sept. 25 to check out a PJ Masks two-part Halloween special!
The special follows plant-themed villain Orticia as she learns the meaning of “trick or treat” and plays a few too many tricks. Mad scientist Romeo takes advantage of the situation and traps Orticia and lets her pumpkin minions, which he gigantified, wreak havoc across the city. The PJ Masks must put aside their differences with Orticia to rescue her and corral the pumpkins to save the day.
There are also activity sheets for kids to do while they watch the special, including pumpkin carving sheets and spot-the-difference games. You can find the activities here.
PJ Masks first released in 2015 and tells the story of three kid superheroes who save the day by night in their pajamas and masks. The main characters are Amaya, who has owl powers; Connor, who has cat powers; and Greg, who has lizard powers. Together, this dynamic trio teaches kids that you don’t need to be a grown-up to be a hero.
