The animated preschool series Ariel premieres on Disney Jr. tomorrow, June 27, and toymakers are ready to celebrate. The series features favorite characters from The Little Mermaid movie like Sebastian, Flounder, Ursula, and more, as well as a few new faces. LEGO has two sets joining the collection of Ariel products. The Ariel’s Crystal Cavern set includes 141 pieces and is designed for little builders ages 4 and up. The set comes with Ursula and Ariel LEGO Disney minifigures as well as a LEGO Flounder.
The Ariel’s Music Stage set is 60 pieces and designed for kids ages 4 and up. The set comes with Ariel and Sebastian minifigures, and features a spinning dance floor and refreshment area.
DISNEY JUNIOR SPLASH & GLOW ARIEL DOLL
This Ariel doll features sounds and phrases inspired by the Disney Junior series. Kids can submerge her tail in water to activate color-changing lights, music, and a fountain effect.

The Disney Junior Splash & Glow Ariel Doll from Just Play, designed for kids ages 3 and up, is customizable with the included hair beads and tiara. Kids can press the doll’s shell necklace to hear sound effects and the new show’s theme song. When in water, Ariel’s tail glows with rainbow lights and sprays water in a skirt-like display.
Just Play also revealed the Disney Junior Ariel Deluxe Atlantica Palace Playset, designed for kids ages 3 and up. The playset includes four figures from the show: Ariel, Fernie, Flounder, and Sebastian. Each of the mermaids has a tail that changes color when dipped in icy water, with tail fins that let them stand without assistance. The palace includes buttons for activating lights and sounds, a two-story elevator, and a dance floor.
The two new LEGO sets will be available July 1 at the LEGO Store. The new Just Play toys are available for preorder on Amazon now and will launch early August.
