What came first, the chicken or the bear?

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) joins Build-A-Bear Workshop to bring chicken and plush-loving kiddos a limited-edition line for their cuddly friends.

The collection includes a KFC Bucket Costume ($18), a KFC Plush Chicken Wristie ($4), and a KFC Pajama Outfit ($20) — all inspired by KFC’s famous red-and-white striped bucket! For those wanting a top-notch experience, they also offer special gift sets: a classic bunny, teddy bear, or dog coming to you, ready to go in all the KFC merch they can manage for $40-54.

There are more than a few tasty combos for your chicken-loving plush. | Source: Build-Bear-Workshop

There is something so comforting about Build-A-Bears and a bucket of KFC chicken! This is the ultimate comfort combo. It’s probably not the comfort toy you expected your kid to get attached to and sleep with every night, but maybe it’s the one that happens. The funny combo may cause giggles or inspire a family dinner at KFC (the five-piece nugget kids meal has always been a staple.)

This follows other iconic collaborations Build-A-Bear has done this year, including Bluey, Hello Kitty, and Star Wars. They really have something for every kiddo.

Starting last week, this collection is available at Build-A-Bear Workshop locations and at the link below. If only the plushes were also scratch and sniff!
