Will there be a new Magic Mixies this holiday season? Signs point to yes.

Last year, Moose Toys introduced Magic Mixies, which quickly became one of the hottest toys of the holiday season. This fall, the magical collection is expanding with the Magic Mixies Magical Crystal Ball. This new spellcasting toy gives kids the power to create a Mixie creature by giving them their voice, their color, a fortunetelling power, and more.

With a wave of the wand, little wizards can reveal even more magic by mastering different wand movements. Waving the wand up makes the Mixie’s voice higher, while waving it down makes it lower. With a final wave and the magic word “Magicus Mixus,” the crystal ball’s mist disappears to reveal a plush Magic Mixie creature.

The Mixie itself has four modes of play: fortunetelling, spell, game, and tickling. As with the earlier Mixie renditions, kids can repeat the creation process with the wand and mist to make the Magic Mixie — or other similar size items — disappear and reappear.

Interested in seeing the magic for yourself? Moose Toys is teaming up with family experience company CAMP at its New York, Los Angeles, and Dallas locations to offer product demos throughout the month of September. Additionally, the two brands are offering a full day of magical events on Sept. 17, when future sorcerers can experience the Magic Mixies Magical Crystal Ball for themselves.

The Magic Mixies Magical Crystal Ball is available for preorder at major retailers starting on Sept. 1 and in stores on Oct. 1. Check out how it works below!
