A new game is ready to send kids soaring during family game night. Hasbro is launching a magical, green-and-gold version of Monopoly: Wicked to coincide with the highly anticipated Wicked movie.
There are six golden tokens for players to play as in this Oz-inspired game: Elphaba’s hat, Elphaba’s Broom, Elphaba’s Bottle, Glinda’s Crown, Glinda’s Trunks, and The Grimmerie. As they make their way around the board, players can visit and purchase properties, including the entrance to Shiz University, Elphaba and Glinda’s Dorm Room, the Ozdust Ballroom, and the Wizard’s Throne Room, with Ozian coins.

Players can also use their Ozian coins to build up their properties with Munchkin Homes and Emerald Castles. They can draw Totally Ozmopolitan and Defy Gravity cards — instead of Chance and Community Chest — to mix up the game.
Monopoly: Wicked is available for preorder now on Amazon. The expected release date is Oct. 1, just in time to get a couple of rounds in before the movie hits theaters in November.
