As the weather gets warmer, PBS Kids is gearing up for a full month of kids’ favorite shows with new content featuring self-expression, problem-solving, and nature exploration.
PBS Kids is kicking off Autism Acceptance Month with five new episodes of Carl the Collector starting March 31, with themes including self-expression, confidence, and inclusion. In these new episodes, Carl and his friends navigate music, playtime, problem-solving, and gratitude while helping kids celebrate their unique ways of experiencing the world.

April also celebrates Earth Day, so PBS Kids is launching new specials for Nature Cat, Wild Kratts, and Elinor Wonders Why to teach kids about nature and get them to explore the world around them. In Nature Cat: The Nature-tastic Four Movie, which launches on April 3, Nature Cat questions his place in the Nature-tastic Four when Sandos, the space creature, shows up and tries to steal the team’s power.
Wild Kratts: Activate Kid Power launches on April 7 and features the team facing an overload of creature rescue calls. When their power goes out, they learn that Kid Power is the greatest power of all. Two new episodes of Wild Kratts also come out on the same day.
The new Elinor Wonders Why special launches on April 21 and features Elinor and her friends on a journey to Moose Mountain to retrieve Ari’s plush after it was taken by an eagle. As they make their way, they see the seasons change. Three more STEM-themed episodes of Elinor Wonders Why will also launch that week.
Even if kids have plenty of exciting plans for next month, these specials and new episodes are must-adds to the calendar.
