Things are heating up as PBS Kids presents new content for kids to enjoy this summer. Kids can meet new friends in Brambletown, and reconnect with familiar faces in Lyla in the Loop.

Deep in the woods, kids will meet two characters who know a thing or two about challenges. Brambletown is a 35-minute animated film from popular children’s musicians The Okee Dokee Brothers. Premiering July 26, kids can discover how to take care of themselves as well as their planet.

Brambletown follows Fox and Badger, two lifelong friends who return to their childhood home only to find everything has changed. Through music and story, the characters tackle unexpected challenges while exploring their connection with each other and nature.

Kids can reunite with the Loops crew with new episodes of Lyla in the Loop. Lyla, Stu, and their friends return on Aug. 5 with all-new adventures in “Finding a New Friend” and “Lyla Bugs Out.” Lyla will travel to new locations and meet Ale, a 7-year-old Cuban girl with an enthusiastic sense of wonder.

PBS Kids is ready for summer and kids can stay in the loop with new adventures at pbskids.org
