The first full film starring Skipper, Barbie’s younger sister, is coming to Netflix this March!
Skipper and the Big Babysitting Adventure features all the themes kids have come to love in the animated Barbie films: friendship, confidence, and the power of teamwork. Kids can join Skipper as she learns to regain confidence in her babysitting skills, works with her friends to get even better, and heads to the waterpark where her know-how is needed.
While kids wait for the release, there is a whole collection of animated Barbie content for them to enjoy on Netflix. Barbie Dreamhouse Adventures is a series that follows Barbie and all her friends as she vlogs from her Dreamhouse. Barbie: Mermaid Power is a film with some magic and mermaids as Barbie and her companions find themselves in an ocean adventure! Barbie: It Takes Two features best buds Malibu and Brooklyn traveling through New York City and pursuing their dreams.
That’s just a small sample of the huge collection of animated Barbie content out there: The new Skipper movie will be the 42nd Barbie film! This exciting, new movie is premiering on Netflix on March 16, so kids will want to mark their calendars and grab their favorite Barbie dolls to watch with.
