Learning languages has never been so competitive.
The Op has three new versions of Lotería, the English and Spanish version of Bingo: Harry Potter Lotería, Hello Kitty and Friends Lotería, and Coco Remember Me Lotería. Lotería follows similar rules as Bingo, with players attempting to complete a row, but instead of having numbers on the board, there are pictures. The host of the game will pull cards from the photo deck, and the first player to make a row out of the chosen pictures wins! Each picture relates to a word or phrase in Spanish, but don’t worry: If kids aren’t familiar with Spanish, the English translation is just underneath.
Gryffindors and Slytherins alike will have fun with Harry Potter Lotería. This set includes spaces like Dobby El Elfo Domestico (Dobby the House Elf), la caldera (cauldron), and el mapa de marauders (the Marauders’ Map). Hello Kitty and Friends Lotería includes Hello Kitty, My Melody as a refreshing soda (el refresco My Melody), and more Sanrio friends. Finally, Coco Remember Me Lotería includes favorites from Disney and Pixar’s Coco, including Dante the dog, la calavera (skull), and la tatarabuela (great-great-grandmother) Imelda.
Each of The Op’s new Lotería games is recommended for kids ages 4 and up, and is available on Amazon for $19.99. No matter what version of Lotería kids want to play, they will be able to learn both English and Spanish with some friendly competition.
