These New Tonies Figures Will Teach Kids About Conservation

The Earth’s wilderness is in danger, but Mother Nature and her squad of animals are here to help! Tonies just launched two new Tonies Character Figures as part of the Conservation Crew, a team of animals that journeys across the globe on a mission to protect the planet and the animals that live there.

Tonies Character Figures feature hand-painted details and a magnetic base that kids can place on top of the Toniebox (sold separately) to activate audio stories. The Toniebox is a soft, 5-by-5-inch speaker cube that is designed for screen-free storytelling. Kids can tap the speaker cube to pause or play the story or skip to the next chapter. They can also add headphones for a solo listening experience.

Bobby the Sea Turtle is the best swimmer on the team, with an imagination as big as the ocean. He’s always coming up with ways to solve problems while making friends along the way. Sometimes he bites off more than he can chew, but if there’s one thing Bobby loves, it’s snacks. This figure features six tracks with a total run time of 45 minutes.

Nina the Red Panda is a nocturnal hero with excellent eyesight that helps her see in the dark. While everyone else is basking in the afternoon sun, Nina is usually fast asleep. After a good day’s rest, she’s ready to join the Conservation Crew on adventures. Nina features six tracks for a run time of 62 minutes.

The Conservation Crew Tonies are the first Tonies figures to use water-based paint colors. These non-toxic paints have reduced levels of organic compounds to help support a healthy planet. These Tonies teach kids about endangered species, teamwork, and problem-solving.
