Toys for Tots is filling its sleigh for its 78th year of gifting joy to kids in need, and it needs your help to do it!
Spearheaded by the U.S. Marine Corps, Toys for Tots spends the holiday season collecting unwrapped toys, books, and games to distribute to struggling families. Thanks to the hard work of volunteers, corporate sponsors, and everyday donors, the nonprofit operates nearly 900 local chapters in all 50 states and has provided gifts to more than 314 million kids across the U.S. since 1947.Â
While Toys for Tots delivered 30 million presents to 13 million kids in 2024 alone, the program anticipates a significant surge in demand this year. Families are facing unprecedented levels of financial hardship, and Toys for Tots is working tirelessly to ensure every kid has a gift waiting under the tree on Christmas morning — but it can’t do it without support. From community toy drives to office drop boxes, Toys for Tots is calling upon everyone to give what they can to make the holidays merry and bright for a child in need.
