The Toy Insider’s annual events take place in New York City! Our events allow press and digital influencers to engage with leading toy companies before the holiday season. Our events are invitation-only and are designed for experienced bloggers, YouTube creators, social media influencers, and traditional press outlets. Please read this page to learn more about the event!

Who should attend?

Online influencers with established audiences regularly covering toys and children’s entertainment are welcome to attend our events. Check out our guidelines below to see if you can apply for an invite. Our events are the perfect place to meet new companies, grow brand relationships, pitch sponsored content ideas, apply for brand ambassadorships, and get inspired for holiday gift guides! Tickets to our events are limited – so grab yours before they are gone!

What’s included?

If you receive an official event invite, your ticket grants you access to the selected event, including light bites and delicious drinks. Those who secure a ticket and ATTEND may also receive swag. If you secure a ticket but do not attend the event, you will not be sent swag under any circumstances. The Toy Insider is not responsible for lost or stolen bags or boxes.

Can I bring my kids?

Child influencers who are ages 3+ may apply for an event invitation. Please take a look at our influencer attendee requirements and application information here.

Influencer and press ticket holders may babywear children under 6 months old. No strollers are allowed on the show floor, however, they can be coat checked. 

No other children will be admitted to this event.

Do I HAVE to bring my kids, or can I come on my own?

Adults are more than welcome to attend without their children. This is a business event, after all, and it can be even more fun for adults than it is for kids.

Can I bring my spouse/partner/best friend?

No non-editorial spouses, partners, friends, or other guests are eligible to apply for an event invite and will not be admitted to the event. All attendees must be active digital influencers or editorial contributors to print, broadcast, and digital press outlets.

I’d like to attend as press! What do I do?

If you are a member of the traditional media only, please contact Elizabeth Tran at LKPR to request a press badge for our events!

What should I wear?

Our events are business casual. You will network and meet with brands and potential partners but showcase your style and who you are. Most importantly, be comfortable and be YOU!

Where should I stay?

Our events are one-night-only events, but if you’re coming to NYC from out of town and need a place to stay, there are great hotels in the area.

Can I transfer my ticket?

No. Our event tickets are non-transferrable – whether person to person or event to event. However, if you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible, as tickets are limited, and we want to give everyone a chance to come!
