Nickelodeon is ready to deck the halls — with slime, that is.
On Dec. 15, Nickelodeon will air The Great Nickmas Tree Sliming, a new holiday variety special. The special will feature celebrity guests, musical performances, dancing, singing, and — of course — slime.
Lay Lay of That Girl Lay Lay is hosting the first-ever Great Nickmas Tree Sliming. In That Girl Lay Lay, she plays a phone avatar who comes to life and befriends Sadie, who owns the phone.
During the holiday special, Lay Lay zaps Santa’s sleigh out of the sky and has to help Santa fix the sleigh and deliver the presents with assistance from celebrities and other Nick stars. Some of the guest stars that make appearances during the special include Drew Barrymore, Keke Palmer, Haley Kiyoko, Gabrielle Nevaeh Green, Isaiah Crews, and more. Lay Lay, Tinashe, Pentatonix, and Good NEWZ Girls will all perform during the show.
The special will end with the sliming of the Christmas tree, a brand-new Nickelodeon tradition. The Great Nickmas Tree Sliming will air at 7 p.m. ET on Dec. 15 for kids to get their slime on!
