Christmastime is almost here, bringing the looming deadline for holiday shopping closer each day. When we’re always looking forward to the next big sale, we forget why we’re buying all these gifts in the first place.
To help get us in a festive mood and give us all a little lesson on Christmas’ past, Toy Insider Mom Laurie Schacht joined the History Channel to show what holiday shopping was like in the 1960s.

Join the History Channel and Toy Insider Mom while they unveil the magic of the holidays, one decade at a time.
