Fashion-forward families will soon have a special Ken doll to add to the lineup. Mattel is teaming up with iconic Brooklyn-based artist and designer Colm Dillane, also known as KidSuper, for a trendy new doll.

KidSuper is best known for being a leader in streetwear fashion. He recently designed the first Ken doll in Barbie’s Styled By series for kids and collectors alike. The designer is appreciated in the fashion scene for his hand-drawn artistry, unique experimentation, and powerful collaborations with fashion powerhouses.

The doll represents Dillane’s SS21 collection, wearing an outfit based on his Everything’s Fake Until it’s Real claymation show, the designer’s masterpiece that debuted at Paris Fashion Week. The doll is wearing an army jacket with vintage Barbie and Ken illustrations on the sides and striped pants with black birds soaring up the legs. It also sports a “KS” ball cap over his long, blonde curls. This new Ken doll will add a whole new wave of style to playtime!

The Barbie Styled by KidSuper Ken Doll will be available to Barbie Club 59 members starting today at creations.mattel.com before launching worldwide on May 10. Whether your family loves fashion or is searching for a new Ken doll to add to the collection, you will not want to miss this stylish release.
