Builders can elevate their playtime experiences with the latest innovation from The LEGO Group. With LEGO SMART Play, kids can bring their creations to life and watch their builds respond to their interactions.
Young builders can make their builds react in real-time with the new platform features. The LEGO SMART Brick includes sensors, accelerometers, light sensing, a sound sensor, and a miniature speaker. The LEGO SMART Tags and LEGO SMART Minifigures pair with the brick to power the system, allowing kids’ builds to become interactive and responsive.
The new platform makes its playtime debut in a galaxy far, far away with three All-in-One Star Wars building sets. Star Wars fans can recreate iconic moments using the new features, such as Lightsaber effects, themed sounds, and the “The Imperial March” theme. Starting March 1, families can play with LEGO Star Wars SMART Play: Darth Vader’s TIE Fighter, LEGO Star Wars SMART Play: Throne Room Duel and A-Wing, and LEGO Star Wars SMART Play: Luke’s Red Five X-Wing building sets.
The Darth Vader’s TIE Fighter set includes a SMART Brick, a SMART Minifigure of Darth Vader, and a SMART Tag for the TIE Fighter. Builders can grab Luke’s Red Five X-Wing building set to interact with the SMART Brick, two SMART Minifigures of Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia, and five SMART tags. The Throne Room Duel & A-Wing set features two SMART Bricks, three SMART Minifigures, and five SMART Tags.
Expand your playrooms with the All-in-One Star Wars sets, available for preorder on Jan. 9. Families can expect more LEGO SMART Play sets in the future. For more information, visit LEGO.com/smartplay.
