Get ready for a magical fall!
Kids can conjure up the fun and summon an adorable interactive “Mixie” creature with Moose Toys‘ new Magic Mixies Magic Cauldron.
The Magic Mixies Magic Cauldron comes with everything that kids need to create the potion needed for a big reveal. Kids add water and are prompted by the cauldron to add a variety of mystical ingredients that foam, bubble, and help create the Mixie — an interactive, magical pet — including sparkle for its eyes and a magic feather to give it wings. After all the ingredients are mixed into the potion, kids tap and wave the magic wand, say the magic words, “Magicus Mixus” and in a poof, an enchanting mist rises above the cauldron then clears to reveal a completely dry Mixie creature.
The Mixie lights up, makes sounds, and interacts with the wand. After revealing the Mixie, kids can make their own potions and recreate the mist with additional play modes.
To help usher in a new era of magical play, Moose Toys enlisted the help of Emmy and Tony Award-winning actor Neil Patrick Harris to serve as its “official magic ambassador.” Harris is a noted magic enthusiast and the New York Times bestselling author of The Magic Misfits book series. Later this month, NPH will be at CAMP‘s Columbus Circle store to show off the Magic Mixies in a private, virtual media event.

The Magic Mixies Magic Cauldron is available to preorder now at many major retailers. The set includes everything needed for the big reveal as well as extra mystical accessories to keep the magic going. The Magic Mixies Cauldron Magical Mist and Spells Refill Pack is also available and includes the necessary elements to create two new spells and more than 20 misting moments.
Magic Mixies are expected to hit retail stores on October 1.
