Disney is releasing the new Peter Pan & Wendy movie this April, and Mattel is launching detailed dolls inspired by the live-action movie characters for the occasion!
Little fans of the classic story can enjoy new versions of the characters as they act out their favorite moments from the film. Peter, Wendy, and Tinkerbell are all featured as dolls, with Peter and Wendy coming together as a set. Peter Pan features his green tunic, pants, and removable boots, with a sword and hat as accessories. Wendy Darling wears her pajamas from the film and features long, brown hair. Tinkerbell is inspired by Yara Shahidi’s portrayal of the character in the new movie and features poseable wings. The dolls are designed for kids ages 3 and up.
Presale for the dolls begins today on Amazon. Mattel’s Peter Pan dolls will tide kids over until the Peter Pan & Wendy movie releases on streaming platform Disney+ on April 28. Kids can see old Disney friends in a whole new live-action light, with the menacing Captain Hook threatening young Peter Pan and Wendy Darling.
