Hippity, hoppity, Squishmallows are on their way! | Source: Jazwares/the Toy Insider

Easter is coming and even if you don’t partake in the whole Easter basket festivities, you’re still going to love these new Squishmallows.

Jazwares has been launching new Squishmallows characters left and right, and the new additions for spring are quite a delight. Fans will recognize plenty of the classic, plush animal characters with the addition of pastel colors, floral designs, bunny ear headbands on their heads, or Easter egg designs on their lower half as if they’re ready to hatch.

Some fans may remember the Hershey’s candy-themed Squishmallows that launched last fall for Halloween. Well, this season they’re getting an Easter candy makeover with cutesy animals like bunnies, chicks, lambs, and llamas sitting inside Hershey’s, Jolly Rancher, Twizzlers, and Reeses’s candy wrappers. Claire’s is currently offering 8-inch, mystery versions of the Easter Hershey’s Squishmallows for $16.99 each.

There are plenty of bunny Squishmallows multiplying this spring, like the 12-inch Sayed the bunny or the 16-inch Bop the bunny at Target. Relinda, a 15-inch lamb and Aimee, a 12-inch chick are also available t Target. Of course you can’t have a bunny without a carrot, so keep your eyes peeled at specialty stores for Caroleena the carrot, who comes in different styles with or without bunny ears.

Part of the fun of collecting Squishmallows is hunting down your favorite characters, but they can be notoriously hard to find so keep your eyes peeled at both mass retailers and your local specialty toy stores to find the latest spring styles.
