What goes best with Sunday night football? Slime, of course!
Prepare for Sunday nights full of laughs and touchdown dances all season long! Nickelodeon is partnering with CBS Sports and the NFL to bring the excitement of American football to kids across the country with the new weekly series NFL Slimetime, premiering on Sept. 15.
The series will showcase sports highlights, game footage, youth football spotlights, interviews with NFL players, and segments following players on and off the field with a Nickelodeon spin on it. Throughout the series, kids can catch surprise visits from some of their favorite Nickelodeon stars. Young Dylan’s Dylan Gilmer and The Loud House’s Lincoln Loud will host the show, alongside teen sports correspondent Dylan Schefter and CBS Sports analyst Nate Burleson. In addition to the regular appearances of these Nickelodeon stars, fans can also look for surprise hosts from other Nickelodeon series in future episodes.
NFL Slimetime comes as an extension of the success from The NFL Wild Card Game that premiered on Nickelodeon last year, racking in the most views for a Nickelodeon program in 4 years.
NFL Slimetime gives families the opportunity to enjoy the game together by providing a style of coverage that will entertain every generation of sports fans. NFL Slimetime will also be available for streaming on Paramount+ from Sept.15 to Feb. 16, when the Super Bowl culminates the season.
