The wait is finally over. Today, Disney dropped the official Lilo & Stitch trailer, the first full one for the upcoming live-action remake trailer, and it is full of mischief, Elvis, and of course, ohana.
The live-action Stitch has made appearances in a couple of ads (including an adorable Super Bowl spot), but this trailer features our first looks at Lilo, Nani, Pleakley, Cobra Bubbles, and other fan-favorite characters.
While the trailer shows updated disguise technology for Jumba and Pleakley and Lilo donning a new pair of overalls instead of her flower-print dress, there are plenty of nods to the original fans will love.
Lilo & Stitch hits theaters on May 23, so nail down your plans to take the kids to the theater and cry with nostalgia instead of going to the neighborhood BBQ for Memorial Day.
